Steve Albrecht grew up in and continues to reside in Suburban Philadelphia. He lives with his wife, 2 children, 1 dog, and 2 guinea pigs. He enjoys running, playing with his kids and coaching their baseball and soccer teams, and taking long romantic walks with his wife (and dog) several times around his neighborhood. He also enjoys listening to music and playing the piano, including songs by The Beatles, Billy Joel, Bruce Springsteen, Elton John, The Grateful Dead, Neil Young, Bob Dylan, Pink Floyd, you know – the good music.
One thing he does not enjoy doing all that much anymore is skiing. This is partly because he is ‘getting older.’ If you want to know more about what ‘getting older’ means to him and why it is in apostrophes, you’ll just have to read the book.
Another thing that he does not enjoy very much, even though it seems to be ‘all-the-rage’ these days, is paddle boarding. He has paddle boarded a few times in the past, and can report that the combined activities of standing up and sweeping very slowly is not all that much fun.
